Approximately 3 months ago, the Dyson Airwrap hair styler I purchased from the Trendyol website turned out to be defective. I contacted Dyson and sent the device to the Dyson warranty center. Dyson confirmed that the device was faulty and asked whether I wanted a refund or a replacement. I stated that I wanted a refund. Dyson said they would send an email regarding the refund. However, even though 3 months have passed, there is neither an email nor the product. I have been wronged. Despite calling every day, I have been put off.
