Wahl Grooming Kit Stops Working After First Use

I purchased a Wahl L men’s grooming kit through Vatan Bilgisayar’s website, and the product stopped working after the very first use. The product turned out to be extremely disappointing, and I was frustrated to experience a failure immediately after using it for the first time. After this experience, I no longer want to use the product.

After experiencing the problem, I contacted Vatan Bilgisayar customer service, and the product was sent to an authorized service center through the store. However, for a product that failed on its very first use, I expect a direct and satisfactory resolution rather than simply having the product repaired.

For this reason, I am requesting a full refund for the Wahl grooming kit rather than a repair. I believe the product is defective and that I have been unfairly inconvenienced as a consumer. I kindly request that my refund request be processed and resolved as quickly as possible.
