Wahl Detailer Gold Clippers Fail to Cut Hair Properly

Approximately 10 months ago, I purchased two Wahl Detailer Gold hair clippers from the Wahl store in Zazahan, Eminönü. Since I purchased them, both machines have continuously jammed or struggled while cutting hair, as if something were obstructing the blades. They do not cut hair properly and instead repeatedly catch and pull during haircuts. The same problem occurs every time I use them, and despite properly cleaning and maintaining the clippers after every haircut, there has been no improvement in their performance.

Because of this issue, I contacted the authorized service center and took one of the clippers in for repair twice. On both occasions, I was told that the machine had been fixed and was ready to use. However, as soon as I started using it again, the exact same cutting problem immediately returned. This makes it clear to me that the underlying issue has not actually been resolved and that no effective repair has been performed.

I also use other Wahl products and have been very satisfied with them. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the Detailer Gold models and the way the service process has been handled. Since the problem has still not been resolved despite the product being serviced multiple times, I request a full refund for these products.
