Vuse Won’t Let Me Order for Months, Customer Service Is Useless

For months, Vuse has been nothing but a bother; I am honestly tired. No matter what I do, I simply can't seem to order. I even opened another account, but it proved ineffective as well. I have done everything; customer support has tried—at least they claim—but here I am still unable to purchase a goods from them. Every time I get in touch with help, they state one thing but never act accordingly. And why on earth are we unable to simply order over the phone? It is far more than just annoying. All they do is send a meager three complimentary pods—like that makes up for the wasted time—after spending hours emailing and phoning only to give them my money. They pay me to squander my time; I get nothing in return. I will make sure my wife moves to another brand should they not address this quickly. extremely bad service, Vuse!
