Vuse Sold Me Faulty Kiwi Strawberry 700 Vapes, Still Won’t Refund Me
With their throwaway vapes—especially the Kiwi/Strawberry 700—Vuse has truly disappointed me. Though I have had problems with defective goods before, this is the first time I have actually returned them. Two weeks later, still waiting for my money, I mailed the damaged vapes back, proved of return, and yet here I am. When I requested for evidence, one customer support worker assured me the refund had been handled but had nothing to provide. Another agent then said it hadn't yet been approved. Which is it then? I'm stuck chasing them for my own money; they obviously have no idea what they are doing. Go ahead if you are fine with spending money on defective goods; but, I will be avoiding Vuse going forward!
