“Media Not Available” Error on VSCO – Severe Video Quality Drop When Forced Open

April 27, 2024 6:24 PM28

I’ve been a paying VSCO user for years, but recently I encountered the “Media Not Available” error. When I try to force open the file, the video quality drops drastically. The error message suggests checking internet connection and photo privacy permissions in settings, but I’ve confirmed that there are no issues with my permissions or connection.

This problem is frustrating, especially as a long-time paid subscriber. If anyone has any information or a solution for this issue, I would greatly appreciate a prompt response. Thank you!
