I Face Spotify Premium Offline Mode Not Working on Vivo Y35

Even though I have an active Spotify Premium Individual subscription, the app refuses to open whenever I’m offline, and I can’t listen to my downloaded songs without an internet connection. I’ve tried this multiple times in different places with no internet access, but the issue repeats every time.

I use a Vivo Y35 device, and I’ve already reinstalled the app, but nothing has changed. My subscription is active, and there are no payment issues. I’ve also downloaded my music in advance for offline listening, yet whenever I turn off the internet, the app won’t open at all—not even an error message appears.

I request that the offline listening feature work properly as advertised and that this problem be resolved immediately. If offline playback isn’t going to function as part of the Premium plan, I’d like to know why I’m paying for it. I expect this issue to be addressed promptly.
