My Gift Was Not Given in the Vorwerk Thermomix TM6 Campaign

I purchased the Vorwerk Thermomix TM6 with order number 31904266694866057325 on September 16, 2023. During the order, I informed customer service that I was buying the Thermomix and, if possible, would like a different gift instead of the knife.
On Saturday, I was verbally told that there might be a different gift. However, on Monday, I was informed that it was not possible, and the predetermined gift for the month must be given. A friend of mine did the same thing two months ago and was able to change his gift. I don't expect the company to provide non-existent items as gifts, but it bothers me that a product sold for 32,450 ₺ treats customers differently based on their payment method.
It is already challenging enough to acquire this product, and if you don't pay in cash, you feel like a second-class person. Additionally, gift exchanges are allowed for other customers, so why not for me? When I bought the TM5, I received an additional gift, which today is a product I will not use.
In hindsight, I wish I had bought it from Germany, where everyone is treated equally. I am currently considering canceling my order. In addition, I have noted that my order should not be shipped before September 27, as I will be abroad at that time. Unfortunately, they do not accept this request.
It is regrettable to see that Vorwerk in Turkey ignores customer wishes and does not consider customer satisfaction.
