Inappropriate Vorwerk Customer Service and Thermomix Event Behavior

We attended the introductory event for first-time buyers after purchasing the Thermomix product on July 7, 2023. My partner and I wanted to bring our 6-year-old son, but the responsible lady refused to allow children to attend the event. Her tone was almost admonishing, and we couldn't understand her hostile behavior towards children and her rough way of speaking to customers. Our son was very upset about it.

Previously, I had also purchased a cutting insert from the company. On the first use, the part attached to the knife broke. When I contacted the company and inquired if this was covered by the warranty, I received a similarly admonishing response, stating it was a user error. The financial aspect is not crucial, but the rude treatment of customers by the staff is regrettable. It seems to be common practice at this company to reprimand customers.

I will also directly contact the Managing Director of Vorwerk in Germany. After spending a significant amount of money on a product, I do not wish to be treated in this manner. I believe the employees of Vorwerk Turkey do not have the right to shout at customers.
