On November 25 and 26, 2025, I deposited a total of $13 into the 1win site via bank transfer (Havale/EFT). I entered all required information correctly, including the reference details and recipient information, but none of the deposited amounts were credited to my account.
I have the bank receipts and full transaction details. When I contacted live support, I was told that the issue would be resolved soon and that I needed to wait patiently. However, despite the time that has passed, the money still has not appeared in my account, and no concrete solution has been provided.
