My Volvo xc90 model, which I bought from the dealer as a new 2020 model, was only 2 months old, and it was heavily damaged as a result of the fall of ten bumpers while driving on the road, although it did not receive any impact. When I reported the situation to the service, the vehicle remained in the service for 1 week and a replacement vehicle was not allocated. As a result of this process, it was said that it had happened to a few people in these vehicles at that time, and the bumper of the vehicle was repaired with more robust parts free of charge and delivered to me, and I was told that nothing like this would happen to me again. Again, no replacement vehicle was provided. At the end of 5 days, the turbocharger was changed free of charge in the vehicle and 3 days after I took the vehicle from the service, while I was driving on the long road again, my ten bumpers came off and fell on the highway. I did a lot of maneuvers in order not to cause an accident. I think it is a meaningful behavior that the Volvo brand, which arouses great interest in the automobile market with its robustness, produces such a vehicle and delivers this vehicle to the consumer. After 2 bumper drops, I made numerous complaints to Volvo with no response until the company was warned through a lawyer. At the end of this process, they called me from the dealer where I bought the vehicle and said that Volvo will replace the vehicle, and when I asked for details, they said that they would buy my vehicle with a second hand exchange price and add 670,000 TL (September 2022) to it and allocate a new vehicle. I accepted their offer and at the end of 1.5 months, they offered me a lower configuration and a useless vehicle that I did not want and which was not sold. I did not accept their offer and waited. It's been 9 months and I haven't received any response 2. I sent the warning, 1 week later today, on 8.05.2023, a response was made and it was said that 2 months later a vehicle will arrive, the price of which is 4.500.000 TL and you need to give a deposit of 450,000 for this vehicle. It was informed that the appraisal will be done again for the 2020 model vehicle that I am currently using. Do you think the Volvo brand, which is at the forefront with its robustness and safety, should treat the consumer like this?
