Repeated Airbag and Oil Issues with Volvo XC40

I bought a Volvo XC40 from Izmir Gaziemir Volcar in 2020. After some time, my vehicle displayed an airbag fault. I took it to the service center, where they claimed to have repaired it, but the issue reoccurred shortly after. They examined and repaired it again, but the problem persisted. Given that the vehicle was still under warranty, I requested a return.
Despite purchasing a brand-new vehicle, a recurring fault that even the mechanics couldn't fully understand has continued to occur. This has resulted in significant time loss and unresolved grievances, putting me and my family in a difficult situation. My request for a return or exchange was denied, and the problem remains unresolved.
In total, my vehicle has experienced airbag failures six times. Unfortunately, this is not the only issue. My vehicle also showed a low oil warning, and when I took it to the service center, I was informed that there was no oil left in the vehicle. They diagnosed a problem with the cylinder head gasket and replaced it, which temporarily fixed the issue. However, the same problem has returned.
I believe this recurring fault is a factory defect, as even the service technicians are struggling to diagnose it. We chose a well-established, reputable brand like Volvo to avoid such problems, but unfortunately, we have been severely disappointed. As mentioned above, the vehicle we purchased with great enthusiasm has caused significant grievances for my family and me. I request your assistance in resolving this issue. The vehicle invoice and service information are attached.
