I bought a brand-new Volvo XC60 in 2023, but the right-side camera has had persistent issues since the beginning. I took it to service seven times, yet they still haven’t fixed it. Instead of providing a real solution, Volvo service keeps wasting my time. Over the past year, I’ve had to visit the service center at least 20-25 times, which is completely unacceptable for a premium brand. Their attitude is clear—once they sell the car, they no longer care about the customer. Volvo’s reputation might seem strong, but their service quality is terrible. I’ve had enough and am taking this matter to court. Volvo, if you care about your customers, resolve this issue immediately!
