Volvo XC60 2022 Screen Issue Not Covered Under Warranty
I own a 2022 Volvo XC60, and the screen malfunctioned despite the vehicle being under warranty. Shockingly, the repair was not covered, and I was asked to pay for the replacement. Additionally, every service visit seems to incur unnecessary charges.
For instance, I was charged for software updates during routine maintenance and even for windshield washer fluid, which was already full. I was also billed for air conditioning checks that were not requested. This is extremely frustrating and feels like an exploitation of customers.
I expect Volvo to honor the warranty for the screen repair and stop these excessive and unjustified charges. As a loyal customer, I demand a resolution and better treatment going forward.
