Volkswagen's Neglected Maintenance and Poor Customer Support
I bought a 2020 Passat with 105,000 kilometers on it, which means it's due for its 6th maintenance appointment. However, trying to schedule a service appointment has been a nightmare. Despite all previous maintenance performed at Aykan Kayseri service, I am now unable to contact their service unit or customer representatives. When we asked for a replacement vehicle, we were met with a flat-out refusal. We'd be kicking ourselves right now if it hadn't been for you, Doguş Esenyurt. Mr. V***, the previous service manager, was very kind and made certain that no customer felt mistreated. But we are now very annoyed. My car, which should have been serviced at 105,000 km, has now reached 108,600 km, and I urgently request that you address our concerns. We will take our complaints to other complaint departments if necessary.
