Volkswagen Fails to Resolve Critical T-Cross Problems

I bought the T-Cross vehicle with 34 **y 34* plate number 2022 from Dogus, but I have big problems and grievances related to the problems I had with the vehicle and the difficulties of your authorized consultants. First of all, when the vehicle was at 10,000 km, I went to your Maslak service when the brakes were making a noise, and my brake discs and pads were replaced under warranty due to a manufacturing defect in the vehicle. I would like to draw your attention to this situation when the vehicle was 3-4 months old. Secondly, when I went to your Kartal service center for 15,000 km maintenance, they said that they did the maintenance of the vehicle, but another lining was finished, but on the way to the service, there was no smell of burnt lining, malfunction, etc. in my vehicle. There was nothing. When they asked your service advisor for an explanation of how this could happen, they only gave a document stating what they found and asked for 17,000 TL with user error, which is the minimum wage for 2 months in Turkey. I will accept that it is a user error, but I insistently asked for a detailed analysis and proof document about it, but again, this document could not be given to me by your service. I believe that there is no customer-oriented and satisfaction approach, and that there is no user error only by visual inspection. The reason why I prefer a brand new Volkswagen, and the reason I prefer you, is not to go to the service once every 3 months and nothing comes out of the vehicle all the time, but because of my trust in customer satisfaction and Doğuş plus the Volkswagen brand. While I was demanding proof that it was a consumer error, the explanation given to me as if mocking was just "You've pushed too hard on the slope". Even in our family's 2010 model Kia Sportage, our pressure pads were changed at 80,000 km. Plus, because of my curiosity, when I asked my friends, engineers and product managers working at the Germany Headquarters, they said that such a thing was completely meaningless and that it was clearly due to the poor quality of the material attached to the vehicle. In my belief, even though it was a manufacturing defect, it was not evaluated even under the goodwill insurance. I cannot use my vehicle because I do not have confidence in the safety of the vehicle and what it will do. I ask for your common sense and help in this matter.
