Volkswagen T-Cross Clutch Failure - Wrongly Blamed As User Error

I own a 2024 manual Volkswagen T-Cross. The vehicle had only 299 km when I bought it and is now around 10,000 km. After approximately 6,000 km, in October, the car started losing power in 4th, 5th and 6th gear, and the message “clutch temperature rising” appeared on the dashboard. I took the car to Vosmer Gaziemir, an authorized Volkswagen service center. During a test drive, we were able to reproduce the issue clearly, and the technicians even recorded it on video. Despite this, they immediately blamed “user error” and initially quoted ₺44,000 for a clutch replacement, which they later increased to ₺92,000 including the flywheel. They also mentioned that the vehicle had previously visited Doğuş Oto Maslak at around 250 km due to a clutch smell, but they refused to give me any written report regarding that visit or their findings. My requests for written documentation and the promised callbacks were ignored, so I was left without any official explanation or technical report. It is highly unreasonable for the clutch of a manual car to fail at just 10,000 km, especially with mostly highway driving and no aggressive or improper use. I request that Volkswagen review my case objectively, examine the service records and test drive evidence, and provide a goodwill warranty solution instead of charging me for a premature clutch and flywheel replacement.
