My vehicle is a 2021 Tiguan Life with 32,983 kilometers on the clock. An authorized service center has diligently maintained it. The last service was performed at the Konya Gökmen Volkswagen Service on April 15, 2023, when the odometer read 26,452 kilometers. I got a low coolant warning today, and the coolant reservoir was completely empty. There are no visible leaks or malfunctions; it's simply unfathomable. The last service was only 5.5 months and 8,000 kilometers ago. The authorized service center appears to have failed to check the coolant level. We put our trust in them and pay a high price for their services. This isn't the first time they've omitted to check the pollen filter during service. Is Volkswagen's customer service up to par?
