Volkswagen Polo 2024 I Bought From the Authorized Service Is Leaking Water Inside
Six months ago, I purchased a brand-new 2024 Volkswagen Polo from the "Avek Karşıyaka" branch, but the car is leaking water inside. The back seats are completely wet, and the car is filled with moisture. This is clearly a technical issue, and I am requesting a replacement for the vehicle. Despite contacting the service center, I have not received a satisfactory response or solution. The issue has started to affect the car’s interior, causing unpleasant odors and potential damage to the upholstery. I expected much better quality and service from a reputable brand like Volkswagen. My complaint about this situation is serious, and if the car is not replaced, the problem will escalate further. I will continue to update my complaint regarding this matter. This is absolutely unacceptable.
