Volkswagen Caddy And Amarok Serious Faults - Windshield And Water Leak
We purchased three Volkswagen vehicles, two Caddy and one Amarok, and within one year we encountered serious faults with all of them. On both Caddy vehicles, the front windshields suddenly shattered without any prior impact or intervention. After the windshield of one of the Caddys was replaced, additional problems started: the roof light stopped working and the multimedia player malfunctioned. On the Amarok, water started to enter from the rear trunk area and the sliding shutter system broke down. These recurring faults in three different vehicles have seriously undermined our trust in the brand and caused us both material and moral inconvenience. I request that all these faults on both Caddy vehicles and the Amarok be permanently and free of charge repaired by Volkswagen and that the necessary checks be carried out so that the same problems do not occur again.
I am constantly experiencing problems such as glass breakage, multimedia failures, roof light malfunction, and water leaks in my Amarok. The authorized service claims to have fixed these issues, but the problems persist. This situation has led to a waste of my time and a loss of trust.
