Volkswagen T ROC 2025 Chrome Parts Got Stained After One Month
My brand-new, 1-month-old 2025 Volkswagen T-ROC STYLE PACKAGE developed stains on the chrome parts after washing, and my request for replacement was denied. The warranty process failed to fulfill its duty, which was a huge disappointment. On 18.09.2025, when I went to pick up my car, I documented my shock with a video recording. I even recorded another video showing that the chrome parts on a different T-ROC had also deteriorated badly. It is unacceptable that a car with such brand value is produced with such poor quality and that the company does not stand behind its product. We pay a lot of money for these vehicles, and this situation is very upsetting. I demand that my grievance be resolved.
When I went to pick up my car, I saw that other T-Roc vehicles had the same problem. I am also attaching a video of another new vehicle. This is a complete case of victimization.
