Manufacturing Defects and Unresolved Problems in Brand New Volkswagen Vehicle

On July 16, 2025, I purchased a Volkswagen Transporter Camlı Van with license plate 34 *** 097 from Doğuş Oto Kartal. Just one week after delivery, the vehicle developed a water leakage problem from the roof at the third brake light due to lack of insulation. I took it to the authorized service, where they performed insulation and returned the vehicle. However, in less than two months and before even reaching 1000 km, I encountered another issue when I tried to refuel for the third time—the fuel nozzle would not fit. At the service, I was told that there was a manufacturing defect in the fuel tank and inlet, that the part would come from Germany, and I would need to wait at least 15 days. Currently, my vehicle is at Doğuş Oto Kartal waiting for the replacement part. Because of these serious manufacturing defects, I requested a return and replacement with a new, flawless vehicle, but the dealership verbally informed me that only repairs under warranty were possible and that replacement was not an option. In addition, I had already incurred extra costs for PPF hood protection, seat covers, floor covering, window film, and side steps. I believe the vehicle was delivered without proper quality control after production, and I am suffering from this situation. I request that my issue be resolved and my grievance remedied by returning the vehicle and replacing it with a new, defect-free one.
