Volkswagen Misled Me With Incomplete Price Estimates for My Caddy Repairs

Volkswagen Misled Me With Incomplete Price Estimates for My Caddy Repairs
30

I am complaining about Volkswagen Tamaş service! On 13.01.2025, I brought my 2010 model Volkswagen Caddy 1.9 to the Volkswagen Tamaş service. While my vehicle had four major faults, I was given price notifications for only two, stating that the total cost would be too high and they would not proceed with the repairs. I found it strange that they refused to repair certain faults without even giving me a full estimate upfront. However, after making the payment for the other two faults, I was given a second price quote. This unexpected additional charge felt like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers. I expect transparency in pricing and a clear explanation of why the full cost wasn’t shared from the beginning.
