My vehicle that I left at Volkswagen Beykoz Acarlar service was processed at the service for 1 week, while I thought the process was done at the service, it turned out that the employees or the authorities, I don't know, took my vehicle and drove around, I learn this from the HGS records, since the HGS fees are automatic, they were reflected on me, my vehicle covered extra kilometers, registration expenses were made, and if the person involved was involved in a crime, it is not within my knowledge. It is unacceptable for such indifference to be shown at an authorized service of the great Volkswagen company and for the customer to be victimized in this way.
