I Can’t Use Traffic Sign Recognition on My 2025 Volkswagen T-Cross

I recently purchased a 2025 Volkswagen T-Cross and was shocked to find out that the traffic sign recognition system — a key feature advertised with the vehicle — doesn’t work in Turkey. I was told this is due to the software for Turkey not being available yet. Even worse, there is still no timeline for when it will be released.

This is incredibly disappointing, especially considering that I’ve used the same feature seamlessly on vehicles from other brands. If other manufacturers can provide this support in Turkey, why can’t Volkswagen? I chose this vehicle expecting full functionality, but instead I’m left with a partially incomplete system and zero guidance on when it will be fixed.

I’ve tried reaching out for help, but there’s no clear support or contact channel for this issue. Volkswagen, I’m asking for honest communication and an exact timeline on when the traffic sign recognition feature will be enabled for Turkish drivers. I paid a premium price (₺) for this vehicle, and I expect all its features to work as promised. Please resolve this and provide proper support immediately.
