My 2023 model Polo with 7700 km has a melting dashboard due to sun exposure. I requested a warranty replacement from Doğuş Oto Esenyurt, where I got my car serviced, but they rejected my claim, citing external factors. When I asked what external factors meant, they gave absurd answers like sun exposure or someone using a magnifying glass on the dashboard.
As part of the Doğuş Oto family, you should stand behind the parts of the vehicles you sell. When I asked who was at fault, the dealership said it wasn't my fault, nor theirs. I want you to know that I will pursue my rightful legal actions with my lawyer and through social media using the rejection letter I received from the dealership.
