Hello, in July, the paint on the roof of our Opel Mokka started peeling off. We had purchased the car from the dealership Gaziemir Kahyaoğulları in Izmir, Turkey. We filed a complaint with them, and they took photos of the car and initiated an investigation. They admitted it was their fault and offered to fix it with a repainting. We did not accept this solution. After consulting our lawyer, we were advised to request a damage report and demand a refund. When we contacted the company again, they claimed this was not possible. Both the manufacturer and the dealership are at fault, and they have no right to victimize customers with such rigid policies. We bought this vehicle with great effort, and this experience revealed how superficial their sincerity was during the sales process. We kindly ask that the mistreatment we have faced be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your attention.
