Volkswagen Trying to Sell a Defective Car As Brand New

Volkswagen Ümraniye Avek is trying to sell a defective car as brand new. I agreed to purchase a new Polo from Ümraniye Avek, paid for it on Thursday, May 16, 2024, and also arranged for insurance on the same day. They assured me I could pick up the car the following week. Two days later, they claimed the car was ready. On May 20, 2024, when I went to pick it up, they mentioned a small, insignificant scratch on the car. They proposed not charging me for ceramic coating in exchange. However, they warned that if I didn't accept, they couldn't provide a new car and getting a refund would take a long time, resulting in losses for me. When I called the dealership today, they assured me that new cars would arrive within a week and be delivered within a week. However, just two days ago, they had told me they didn't have any cars available and wouldn't be getting any. They are currently trying to sell me a scratched car and delaying providing a new one.
Progress

We agreed to purchase a brand new Volkswagen Polo from Ümraniye Avek 10 days ago. We completed our payment on the dates 15-16/05/2024 and also paid for the insurance and comprehensive coverage from the insurance agency located at the same place. Based on an offer, we accepted to have window tinting, hood film, and ceramic coating done for 16,000 TL. They told us that our new car would be ready in a week, but on the second day, they informed us that the car was ready and we could come to pick it up. We went to pick it up with excitement after 2 days. Just as we were about to take delivery, they told us that there was a small scratch on the car and that they would not charge us for the coating as compensation. I did not accept this situation. They said that if I did not accept it, there was no new car available for replacement, that all dealerships were out of stock, that no more would be coming, and that a refund would take years, implying that I would be at a greater loss. They pressured us to take the car. We left without taking the car. The next day, we called the General Directorate. We explained the situation, and they said they would look into it. Then we were called again by Ümraniye Avek, but they did not say anything different from the previous day. I was called again by the General Directorate, who asked what Ümraniye Avek had told me and said they would look into it. The next day, when we called Ümraniye Avek as a different customer, they said that new cars would arrive within a week and quoted the same price I was given. From this, I understood that they were blatantly lying to me to get me to accept the defective car. They say they will look into it but do not. Unfortunately, I believe they knew the car was defective from the beginning and tried to deceive me. They thought I would not mind the defect. Above all, they are blatantly lying and trying to force me to accept the defective car. Anyone who wants more detailed information can call me at 5053617440.
