Errors in Vodafone Billing
I currently have two lines with Vodafone, both approaching the end of their compatible Maxi 1st Term commitments. Vodafone keeps calling me, but it seems like none of the representatives have any information about my account. They offer various suggestions and ask me to switch to different plans, completely disregarding my request to continue with the 2nd Term as it is. I mention the pricing we discussed last year, around 59 TL for the 1st Term and 69 TL for the 2nd Term, and ask for confirmation, but they promise to call me back without providing any answers. I have spoken to 2-3 representatives, and none of them have been able to assist me. It's unacceptable to encounter such irresponsibility. I urgently need a response from a knowledgeable and authorized representative from Vodafone regarding this matter.
