I've got a Vodafone line, number 5434****87. So, here's the deal—I got a call from a Vodafone consultant just before my contract was up. They sweet-talked me into sticking around, promising to fix my bill between 300-350 TL for two years, assuring me it wouldn't budge even if there were any rate hikes. Fast forward to two days before my contract expires, and bam! I get this message saying my bill's going up because I'm not part of any campaign. naturally, I'm not thrilled. I called customer service pronto, told them about our little chat, and insisted that I was supposed to be in this magical campaign. But oh no, they wouldn't buy it. So, I asked them to pull up the records, listen to the conversations, and prove me wrong. Silence. Despite me calling them up countless times over a month, they kept saying they'd get back to me.
