Vodafone Charged for Service Despite Not Providing It
I decided to use Vodafone's service for a Tramer inquiry by texting 5664. However, I received no response, and an unjustified charge of 60 tl appeared on my bill. This is clearly unfair and unjust. I resorted to another platform to obtain the information I required after receiving no response from Vodafone's service, even making a new payment. I no longer require Vodafone's message service at this time. What's more, I still haven't received the inquiry response I was looking for, making this 60 tl charge completely unnecessary. Vodafone's mishandling of this situation, as well as the subsequent charges, have left me dissatisfied and seeking redress.
