Hello, during my 6-day trip to Cyprus, Vodafone charged my account 1469 TL for services I never used, as well as an additional 279 TL for unspecified charges. In their app, they haven't included any usage information or a visual bill. Furthermore, they sent me a message threatening to disconnect my line in three days if I did not pay an outstanding 1800 TL, which I find completely unfair.
