Unreachable Vodafone Phone Line and Unexpected Bill
My Vodafone line, 0539****85, has been unusable for about a month since we requested a transfer and it never came back online. I've visited multiple stores and talked to several customer representatives, but they all claimed they've never encountered such a problem and blamed it on my line being "in limbo." To add insult to injury, I received a whopping 1400 TL bill for a line I haven't even used! I'm considering taking legal action as a last resort. When people call me, they're told there's no such number registered with Vodafone, but it's still listed everywhere, including e-government platforms. In desperation, I got a new prepaid line, 0545****85, hoping it would be resolved within a month, but my main line is still inaccessible. I'm a footballer, and this transfer season, I couldn't respond to managers or clubs due to these issues, which severely affected my life. I'll use all means necessary to resolve this or get my problem fixed!
