Vodafone's Broken Promise: Overcharged Tariff and Customer Service Hassles

My Vodafone number is 0539********45, and my tariff was set to expire in a few weeks. Vodafone customer service called and renewed my contract for 80 TL. However, when I checked my tariff today, I was surprised to see a 169 TL charge. I immediately contacted customer service, who informed me that my tariff had been canceled. Seriously, it's like a bad joke! They said it was renewed, but it was actually canceled, and I was charged 169 TL. Now I'm stuck dealing with never-ending phone calls and chaos in order to get a refund and fix my tariff. It's a total waste of time and very discouraging. Did I deserve Vodafone's treatment? They have completely let me down. I urge Vodafone to correct this situation as soon as possible, refund the extra charges, and restore my tariff to the one we discussed during the phone call with customer service. Please, Vodafone, deliver on your promise of trust. My faith in you is currently shattered. Consider this a resolution request.
