I participated in Vodafone's mobile payment campaigns, expecting around 140 TL in discounts, but they only provided a mere 5.99 TL discount. Even the discount from my previous bill, three months ago, was not applied. I paid a total of 441 TL, but they only gave me a 68 TL discount when 60 TL more should have been deducted. Most of the campaigns I joined failed to offer the promised discounts. Whenever I call, they assure me that they will provide information within 48 hours, but no one ever contacts me. They give incomplete and inaccurate information. As a frequent user of Vodafone's mobile payment, I demand the proper application of my discounts. I contacted customer service two days ago, and they mentioned I had a separate credit of 100 TL. I asked them to consider the amount from the mobile payment campaigns, but they said they would call within two days, yet no one contacted me. Therefore, the remaining discounts should be deducted from this month's bill, amounting to 100 TL, as you initially informed me. Additionally, the discounts from the mobile payment campaigns I joined should be applied as well. I expect all of these to be reflected in my current bill.
