Vodafone Gains Unfair Advantage

Once again, Vodafone has slapped me with an unjustifiable bill of 1087.4 TL. Despite winning my April dispute over the 504 TL bill, they have failed to refund me the owed amount of 449 TL, and now they claim that the bill was reviewed by their relevant service and deemed valid. Not stopping there, they have also added an additional 70 TL for international usage to my current bill. The customer representative insists that I had a call on June 4th, 2023, but I explain that I have been using Wi-Fi for calls since Vodafone doesn't have coverage in my current location. I check my call logs and there are no incoming or outgoing calls on that date. In May, they automatically activated a passport package without my consent, which I disputed as well. While they refunded me 898 TL for May, they recharged it in my June bill along with the additional 70 TL for international usage and 120 TL for my tariff and taxes, totaling 1087.4 TL. Okay, let me repay the 898 TL they refunded, but where is the 449 TL that I already paid for the April bill? Why do they first admit I'm right and then claim I'm wrong? As a last resort, they mention having voice recordings, but I have the same recordings as evidence. If this issue is not resolved, I will take legal action against Vodafone for their misconduct. Additionally, when I check their app, it shows no usage in both domestic and international calls in April, which is correct since I made those calls using Wi-Fi. I demand a swift resolution to this problem.
