Vodafone's Refusal to Restore My GSM Line Number
I want to file a complaint against Vodafone. Last week, someone threatened me with the number 0542 330 33 **, which was registered to me until last week, saying, "You are always calling me. I will go to the police and file a complaint." So, I went to the police and requested a number change because the police suggested that "your line may have been cloned." I reached out to the operator's company, Türk Telekom, for the change. After the number change, during my conversation with the Cyber Crimes Police Chief, he mentioned, "They may have made calls via WhatsApp, they cannot make calls otherwise." So, I called Türk Telekom and asked for my original line number back. However, they said, "We can't give it to you because we don't have that line anymore." Even though I called Vodafone multiple times, they have refused to restore my line number, even though I was the legal owner of that line until just two weeks ago. I'm bringing this issue to the attention of the Turkish public, as Vodafone's behavior has caused me significant trouble.
