Vodafone Network Issue, Blocked from Making Calls, Unresponsive Customer Service


My Vodafone line is giving me trouble that I don't understand. Even though I don't owe them anything, they say my line is blocked because of a supposed debt, and they won't let me use it again until after August 15th. I've looked at my bills and made sure that none of them need to be paid. Even the people who work in customer service aren't able to help, and the payment centers say there's no record of debt on my account. The number for my phone is 5059****55. I need Vodafone to fix this problem right away and get my line back to full functionality. This problem has upset me, and I want the company to fix it as soon as possible. Thank you.
