Vodafone Number Porting Nightmare

I'd like to transfer my Turkcell number to Vodafone. Despite calling customer service every day for a week and emphasizing the importance of the situation, Vodafone representatives continue to tell me today that the process is on hold due to a system problem. It's frustrating because, despite the fact that there are so many employees and I've stressed the urgency of the situation, explaining that I'm working and unable to make calls during this time, they refuse to prioritize my request and claim it was placed on hold when I call them. The level of service is appalling, and every time I call, what they say contradicts what they said the day before. I've spoken with several representatives, and each has a different explanation. If my phone number is not ported by today, I will have to take legal action.
