Vodafone Unreliable Service, Costly Termination Fees

15

I received a call from Vodafone customer service on October 6, 2023, asking me to switch back to my old subscription after using the new line for only 3 days. Little did I know that this call would lead to the loss of my internet connection. They eventually restored it, but now I'm stuck with a termination fee of 850 TL, despite not being able to use their service for the past 8 days while still paying for it. I've created a fault report, but there has been no response or resolution to the ongoing issue. The Vodafone store blames the customer service team, who in turn blame the Turkish Telekom team. It seems like Vodafone wants to extract every penny from dissatisfied customers, as they forcefully demand the termination fee. We requested to activate the unused line, but that option seems nonexistent.
