The Eti model wardrobe I purchased from Vivense with order number a43507134099 was delivered with missing connection parts. I received the product at my address, and when the installation team arrived, they identified the missing part and filed a report. I submitted the missing part request on the 14th business day, but it has been a year, and no solution has been provided. During this time, I sent more than 30 emails and contacted customer service multiple times via WhatsApp. After a year, I was told that the request period had expired and that I could only obtain the missing part by paying for it. I was asked to make a payment for the missing part, but I refused. In addition, a few other parts of the wardrobe were also missing—some were later sent, but the connection part is still missing. I request that this ongoing issue be resolved and that the missing connection part be sent to me free of charge.
