Dear Vivense Team, I recently placed my first order through Vivense online, and unfortunately, I experienced multiple issues with damaged items. My order with the number EE1D07372793 was delivered with visible damage. Even the replacement part I requested arrived with minor defects. Additionally, my more recent order, 004707368005, also has several small damages on the bottom part of the product. Experiencing such problems consecutively in my very first shopping experience, along with delayed responses and insufficient resolution efforts, has significantly increased my dissatisfaction. Following these issues, I also requested a discount voucher and installation support, but unfortunately, these requests were not positively considered. Given the circumstances, I kindly ask for a re-evaluation of my case and hope for your support in addressing the inconvenience caused. Please find the attached images showing the damaged products. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hello, The coupon code is 1500TGKELD. The amount is 1500 TL. It is not valid on yellow-priced products. If you experience any issues again, please let us know.

Unfortunately, my problems are not limited to that; the coupon doesn't work at all and I have been dealing with you for months.
