After Just One Month, Vivense Console Has Crushed

It feels like my Vivense misadventures are never-ending! I made an error in placing my trust in what I believed to be a well-regarded brand and proceeded to acquire a sofa set, dining set, and console. As I mentioned before, it took an incredibly long time to receive the items, and unfortunately, when they did arrive, they were incomplete and faulty. Within just a month, the console frame has completely collapsed, and its doors have unfortunately suffered cracks. After receiving a support request in October, the support team promptly informed us that a replacement was necessary. Surprisingly, they decided to send an additional leg as a solution. After some time had passed, it became clear just how ridiculous the situation was. Another team eventually acknowledged the need for a replacement and updated their report to reflect a base exchange. Regardless of numerous attempts to reach out, they have consistently chosen to disregard me. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. Although it may not offer a resolution, it can prevent others from repeating the same error. Vivense has lost its credibility as a reliable brand and now seems unresponsive and unreliable. If you're looking for some excitement, why not give Vivense a try?
