Vitra Ovalish Smoothflush Toilet Design Flaw Causes Severe Splashing During Use

I purchased a Vitra brand Ovalish Smoothflush wall-hung toilet about a week ago and had it installed through Koçtaş. Ever since I started using it, I have been experiencing a severe issue that I believe is caused by its internal design.

Because the interior design of the toilet lacks any rim or splash barrier along the edges, water and waste splash onto the underside of my legs during use. This is extremely unhygienic and makes using the product normally practically impossible. The issue has persisted from day one.

I contacted Vitra customer service regarding this matter. They informed me that there is no manufacturing defect with the product and therefore refused to accept my complaint. I explained that the problem is not a manufacturing defect, but rather a complete design flaw; nevertheless, they stated that they could not assist me in any way.

I demand that the design of this product be re-evaluated, that my complaint regarding hygiene and user experience for this model be treated with due seriousness, and that an appropriate solution be provided to resolve my grievance.
