New Vitra Toilet and Faucets Leak as Customer Support Refuses Warranty Service
About two weeks ago, I moved into my home in Uşak Center and began experiencing serious issues with the Vitra brand toilet and faucets installed in the house. Upon moving in, I noticed that the toilet was leaking water from the base, water was dripping from underneath the sink, and the faucets were not properly seated. Despite all these products being brand new, having defects with both the toilet and faucets has caused me significant frustration and destroyed my trust in the brand.
Installation of the faucets was completed in the home by Türkay Mekanik; however, the faucets still do not sit securely in their mounts, and the problem persists. The water leaking from the base of the toilet and under the sink severely disrupts daily use and creates a major risk of water damage in my home.
When I called Türkay Mekanik again regarding the toilet leak, they refused to show up, claiming they were too busy, and failed to address the issue despite water continuing to flood from the toilet. This constant leak causes ongoing water waste and threatens to damage my home.
When I called Vitra customer service, they refused to assist, stating that they did not perform the installation themselves. It is completely unacceptable that Vitra offers no solution whatsoever when all these products are brand new and experiencing defects.
I demand that Vitra urgently dispatch an authorized technician to perform a thorough inspection of all affected products at my home in Uşak Center, resolve the leaks in the toilet and sink, properly mount the loose faucets, and replace any defective items free of charge if necessary. Furthermore, I request that both Vitra and Türkay Mekanik address my grievance promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction.
