Vitra Not Complying With The Consumer Rights Act

I purchased a vanity unit with a ceramic sink on top from Vitra's "Valarte" collection. I also bought a wall-hung WC from the same collection. However, during the delivery, I noticed that both the sink and the WC ceramics were broken in half. Naturally, I requested replacements, but Vitra refused, citing "stock shortage" as the reason. Interestingly, these exact items were still available for sale on their website, but with higher price tags. It has now been 15 days, and I'm still struggling to replace these faulty items.
