Vitra Toilet Seat Arrived Damaged Twice, Poor Quality and Customer Support

I purchased a Vitra toilet set expecting quality, but the experience has been frustrating. The first seat arrived broken, and while the seller replaced it, the replacement came with a visible half-moon mark—clearly a manufacturing defect, not a stain or scratch.

I contacted customer service, but they directed me back to the seller, offering no real solution. If I had known I’d face so much trouble over a toilet seat, I wouldn’t have paid double the price for this so-called premium brand. The product's durability and quality are far below expectations. Even hardware store products I’ve used before were better. I regret this purchase and hope Vitra improves both product quality and support.
