I'd like to start by saying that, especially in Adana, you should think twice before buying a Vitra. All three of the bathrooms in the house I just bought have Vitra toilets and basins. One of the flush tanks began to leak after a year and wouldn't stop. I shut off the valve and called Vitra's service because I knew that a big brand would be good. I put in a request for service on Monday, but no one called me back. On Tuesday, still no response. When I called customer service on Wednesday, I was told that they were too busy to talk to me. They gave me the service department's phone number. Is this how great marketing treats its clients? I had to depend on the service department because I couldn't do anything myself. Even after calling several times, I couldn't get through to the service department. How can a company like Vitra, with the way it is set up, be so rude to its customers? Even though Vitra is expensive and is supposed to have a good service network, did we make a mistake by going with it? You have really let me down, and I'm very upset.
