Hint America Inc Billing Me for Subscription I Never Signed Up For
I recently noticed that my debit card has been charged by Hint America Inc for a subscription that I did not knowingly start and for which I do not have any app or service. I was charged 29.99 on February 15 and again 29.99 on March 16, and I only became aware of this when I reviewed my bank statement, where the transaction appears under the name “Hint America Inc.” I do not use any product, application, or service from Hint America Inc and I have never intentionally approved a recurring payment. I am also not sure how to stop or block these payments on my debit card, and I believed I was reaching out directly to your company to resolve this. I request that any subscription or recurring payment associated with my debit card in the name of Hint America Inc be immediately cancelled and that no further charges be made to my account in the future. If possible, I would also appreciate a refund of the last charge taken on March 16, although my main expectation is that all future charges under this subscription are permanently stopped.
