PDF Guru Charges €40 Without Clear Consent for Annual Subscription

On March 16, 2026, I was charged €40 on the PDF Guru website for an annual plan linked to my account under the email address carlosrm****@gmail.com. At no point was it clearly communicated to me that this service required payment, and I did not intend to purchase or subscribe to an annual plan. For this reason, I consider this charge to be an error.

I am requesting a full refund of the €40 charge and the immediate cancellation of the annual plan associated with my account. I also ask PDF Guru to clearly inform me of the exact date the refund will be processed, as I need to know when I will receive my money back.

I request that this issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible, as I believe I was charged for a service under conditions that were not clearly disclosed.
